The Alternate Blues - Terry / Hubbard / Gillespie + Peterson
This is the first of Acoustic Sounds Pablo reissue series, featuring three great horn players - Dizzy, Freddie and Clark Terry. With them, Oscar Peterson (piano), Joe Pass (guitar), Ray Brown (bass) and Bobby Durham (drums).
A good time was had by all. Pretty great.
(I hope the money Pablo saved on this cover art was given to the artists…)
