Out of the oven. It is about 3.5 inches or 90 cm tall.
I gave it lots of squirts of water in the pre-heated lidded dutch oven for the first half so it had lots of steam. 425F/220C convection, and the oven thermometer was right on 450F/230C. 20 minutes with the lid, 20 minutes without.
Came out looking really good, tomorrow we see how it looks inside and tastes.
