❌ The Minister for Economic Affairs and gas lobbyist Katherina Reiche wants to build 20 new gas-fired power stations in the midst of the climate crisis.
This is a heinous climate crime, which is also heavily subsidised.
We are becoming poorer every year, whilst the fossil fuel corporations rake in huge profits.
Moreover, the war in Iran is once again highlighting how gas and oil fuel wars and how dependent we are on their supply.
❗️That’s why: Take the energy transition into our own hands. Block the expansion of gas from 28–30 May!
👉Let’s discuss together: How can we become an investment risk for gas companies? How can Ende Gelände mobilise the climate movement?
📍After the event, you can get to know iL Berlin better through conversation.

❌ Die Wirtschaftsministerin und Gaslobbyistin Katherina Reiche will in der Klimakrise 20 neue Gaskraftwerke bauen.
Das ist ein übles Klimaverbrechen, das auch noch massiv subventioniert wird.
Wir werden so jedes Jahr ärmer, während die fossilen Konzerne fette Gewinne einfahren.
Außerdem wird durch den Irankrieg wieder klar, wie Gas und Öl Kriege treiben und wie abhängig uns ihre Versorgung macht.
❗️Deshalb: Energiewende selbst in die Hand nehmen. 28.-30. Mai den Gasausbau blockieren!
👉Lasst uns gemeinsam diskutieren: Wie werden wir zum Investitionsrisko für Gaskonzerne? Wie kann Ende Gelände die Klimabewegung aktivieren?

Between 1947 and 1949, during what is now known as the "Nakba" (catastrophe or tragedy), an estimated 750,000 Palestinians were forced (by zionist militias and later the IDF) to flee their land, never to be allowed to return. The Nakba constitutes one of the most significant and violent ruptures in Palestinian history that has come to shape the very meaning of being Palestinian to this day.
But the Nakba can also be understood as an ongoing process of subjugation and disenfranchisement, culminating in the genocide that has been unfolding since October 2023.
We will discuss how the #Nakba has shaped the lives of Palestinians in Israel and in the diaspora, as well as what it means more broadly to be Palestinian in Germany and Israel today.

Wir sind eine kleine Supportgruppe und kämpfen für das Bleiberecht zweier Freunde. Beiden droht eine Abschiebung nach Kamerun bzw. die Streichung wichtiger Sozialhilfen.

We are a small support group and are fighting for the right to stay of two friends. Both are threatened with deportation to Cameroon and the withdrawal of important social benefits.
