In April 2024, right-wing violence escalated in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district, leaving two anti-fascists with life-threatening injuries.
The neo-Nazi of Der III. Weg and the public prosecutor's office are now prosecuting the two anti-fascists. This is scandalous, though not surprising. It is part of a wave of criminalisation and repression against anti-fascists that has been growing for years.
Come to the Tiergarten District Court, Wilsnacker Straße 3-5, 10559 Moabit.
Show your solidarity by attending the trial or joining our rally in front of the court!
We strongly oppose the one-sided investigations by the police and the public prosecutor's office!
Stop trivialising neo-Nazi violence. Solidarity with the injured anti-fascists!

Im April 2024 kam es in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg zu einer Eskalation der rechten Gewalt, bei dem zwei Antifaschisten lebensgefährliche Verletzungen erlitten haben.
Der Neonazi des III. Weges und die Staatsanwaltschaft klagen nun die beiden Antifas an. Ein Skandal, wenn auch keine Überraschung. Denn er reiht sich ein in die seit Jahren zunehmende Kriminalisierung und Repressionswelle gegen Antifaschist*innen.
Kommt am 8. und 15. Dezember um 8:30 Uhr zum Amtsgericht Tiergarten, Wilsnacker Straße 3-5, 10559 Moabit.
Begleitet den Prozess solidarisch* oder nehmt an unserer Kundgebung vor dem Gericht teil!
Wir stellen uns entschieden gegen die einseitigen Ermittlungen der Polizei und der Staatsanwaltschaft!

🔥And get to know iL Berlin🔥❌On 8 December, a trial will begin against two anti-fascists in Berlin.
They are accused of injuring a well-known neo-Nazi. Their own (very serious) injuries, the life-threatening situation and the fact that the neo-Nazi was active in various right-wing extremist groups are not even mentioned.
Among other things, he was involved with the Young Nationalists (JN), III. Weg and in right-wing extremist martial arts training in Berlin.
🔦 We want to talk to you about the upcoming trial and shed light on the background of Nazi structures.
✊ We will also look at the development of the anti-fascist movement and why it is becoming so important again right now.

❗️Nazi-Strukturen in Berlin - Was tun?
🔥Und Kennenlernen der iL Berlin🔥❌ Am 8.12. startet ein Gerichtsprozess gegen zwei Antifaschisten in Berlin.
Ihnen wird vorgeworfen einen bekannten Neonazi verletzt zu haben. Ihre eigenen (sehr schweren) Verletzungen, die lebensbedrohliche Situation und der Fakt, dass der Neonazi in diversen rechtsextremen Gruppen aktiv war, wird nicht einmal benannt.
Dieser war unter anderem bei den Jungen Nationalisten (JN), III. Weg und in rechtsextremen Kampfsporttrainings in Berlin involviert.
🔦 Wir wollen mit euch über den anstehenden Prozess sprechen und die Hintergründe der Nazi-Strukturen beleuchten.
✊ Außerdem schauen wir uns die Entwicklung der antifaschistischen Bewegung an und warum sie gerade jetzt wieder so wichtig wird.
