Today I finally found a purpose for my #RaspberryPi after it had been sitting on a shelf for almost two years. 😄
I set up a tiny home music server using Samba, #ReadyMedia and #Syncthing.

Now every FLAC album I buy on #Qobuz is automatically synchronized via #SyncThing from my Mac to the Raspberry Pi and instantly becomes available in my home music library e.g. for the Technics SA-C600.

I’m going to shout this into the abyss. #apple, please give us an #airplay update. You have this fantastic streaming service with high-quality audio, but you don’t have a way to stream it to my #stereo setup. Secondly, why doesn’t Macs and PCs have bit-perfect audio support? #Tidal can do it just fine.
