Clean, monochrom, minimalistisch – und trotzdem nicht langweilig. Statt bunter Homescreen-Unruhe bekommst du einen ruhigen, edlen Look.
Dazu kostenlos, Open Source und mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Icons. Wer seinen Homescreen endlich clean statt chaotisch will, sollte sich Arcticons definitiv anschauen.

I have updated the background pattern of my #PersonalWebsite with more icons reflecting hobbies, videogames and more stuff I'm into!
Decided to make a bit of a grid this time, I think the pattern looks great at about this size heh, although if you zoom out it gets very noticeable :P

There was a build issue for the F-Droid versions of Arcticons. It's resolved now and all variants are now up-to-date!

Managed to do some work on Arcticons again. All open PRs are now merged. We also have almost 200 new icons for the upcoming release already!

A lot of SVG assets made on #Inkscape, sometimes modified on #GIMP too, and formatted with #ImageMagick because a one-liner is better sometimes.
The original iconset was replaced with #Arcticons-inspired versions, because why not? :P

Every icon has been redesigned on #Inkscape now, every asset like the buttons or sliders or rounded corners as well has been redone. #ImageMagick and #GIMP were used too because #BMP files are kind of a pain.
I always end up thinkering way too much with #theming my devices. But this one was specially fun. There's still some rough edges, and it's barely noticeable at all for anyone else but, yeah.
As always, many icons were borrowed from #Arcticons!

I really want to do more type design, but there's one feature lacking in Glyphs preventing me from actually doing it.
Currently, Glyphs doesn't have a proper rounded-corner option like in most vector editing software. I've managed to find a workaround for now, but it's kinda wonky.
It also stops me from experimenting with different weights, or even a variable typeface.So, I'm still hoping they're adding it soon!
