    1 in 4 women that you know have likely suffered or witnessed domestic abuse & violence in their lives. We need to be open about talking about it & helping more victims.

    I suffered silently from DV on/off for 13 years, when younger, due to feeling ashamed & not having any safe spaces to obtain more help.
