    Week 3 / Session 1

    This one was tough. I also under estimated how far I would run in the time given. Also had a lot more freeform running and the run drills were longer.

  3. Listened to Rajit's tales from Manchester. Will never unsee what he can do with his foot

    Week 2/ Session 1. It’s #SundayRunDay and that’s the first session of week 2 done! I was also taking a lot of photos during the walk session today. Haha. I really wish I had of been doing this the whole time. Running along the beach is a great way to start the morning.

    Week 2/ Session 1. It’s #SundayRunDay and that’s the first session of week 2 done! I was also taking a lot of photos during the walk session today. Haha. I really wish I had of been doing this the whole time. Running along the beach is a great way to start the morning.

  5. Surprised by Runner Four's eerie zombie impressions

    Alright! Second training of three done. Let’s keep the ball rolling. I really do love #ZombiesRun. So good. 10 minute free form run I did 30 on 30 off for 8 minutes.

    I look forward to being able to run for a solid 5km again.
