I'm nearing the end of Season 6 of #ZombiesRun! and really, REALLY hoping that the whole #MoonChild mind control thing is finished, because it gives me the heebs and doesn't make for a relaxing run.

A shorter session for #TrackTuesday as prep for an off-road 10k race on Thursday. 5 reps of 2 minutes at 10k pace (4:09, 4:07, 4:11, 4:04, 4:13 per km), then 5 reps of 1 minute at 5k pace (3:46, 3:44, 3:43, 3:53, 3:46 per km) off 60s recovery jog (and a little extra standing recovery whilst crossing the path and avoiding other path users). Good to see another #ZombiesRun follower in the wild. #running #RunnersOfMastodon

È da un po' che non pubblico aggiornamenti sul mio #running.
Sto continuando il mio allenamento per i 5K.
Agevolo programma di questa settimana.Per colpa di / grazie all'ondata di caldo, invece di correre dopo lavoro (in piano) scappo dai 40° e corro la sera a casa => allenamento in salita!
Mi sto divertendo un sacco!! Molto meglio del sentiero pianeggiante!
E che panorami! E il profumo dei pini!
