Cancel culture in the West:

Apparently, in Norway (!) there’s a campaign running against Glenn Diesen.

If you don’t know Glenn Diesen, I believe you’re missing out and should subscribe to his YouTube channel right away—you barely find more level-headed political reporting than with him:

But in Norway, they mark him as “controversial” and “pro-Russian” and—cancel him:

If you watch Glenn Diesen just once, you’ll probably rub your eyes, too.

Imagine your people were under sanctions for 50 years, because you took back control of your government after it had been turned over by a foreign adversary.

Then those who led that prior coup and who put sanctions on you, the ones against you stood up, say they will “liberate” you.

And when that fails, they say they will annihilate you, possibly using nuclear weapons. (How authentic that desire for liberation, no?)

What the West keeps doing to Iran is criminal.

Even if Iran wasn’t one of the oldest and proudest civilizations, Iranians are people like us. Iranians have a right to be respected and to live in peace and as equals in the global community. It’s also on them to decide who is to govern them.

But just as Western leaders effectively support the genocide on Palestinians, they seem to support a genocide on Iranians, too.

Personally, I cannot scream as much as I’d like to. What a nightmare this is.
