Would have been a hell of a #positconf talk:
"#c64 assembly programming with #RStats"
Probably could have even made it into the worst attended workshop in conference history. :)

#RStats Dev Diary #skunkworks
Currently baking a new R serializer - compression not as good as 'xz' but much much faster!

#RStats array subsetting syntax: A Modest Proposal
x[, 1] always retains dimensions
x[[ ,1]] reduces dimensionality by 1
x[[[ ,1]]] returns a vector -

Jiggly Balls #1
This is a work-in-progress on new package for 2d rigid body physics simulation.
Spring joints between objects are working! #Jiggly
It's always an interesting problem trying to map ideas from C into (slightly) idiomatic R.
E.g. should this be an R6 class? Would S3 help here? Will users be OK with passing around an opaque 'context' object? If so, what should I call it?
Should the initialization function be "init_world()"
or "world_init()"? -
CRAN hypothetical:
"Dear CRAN Team,
Yesterday I submitted a new package for consideration for inclusion on CRAN.
The feedback from the CRAN team on my submission counts as contributing to the code - and must thus abide by the package's Code of Conduct.
The tone of your feedback does NOT match the community standards we have set.
In light of this, your critique has been rejected and the package is now making its way to CRAN!
