  1. @wdlindsy I’m curious how these dangerously insecure, self-righteous, superstitious, tyrannically dogmatic bigots plan to “prohibit” the beliefs — & lack thereof — of others. 🤔
They may think that in our cyber-connected world they can prohibit writings, lectures, broadcasts, websites, comedy (a world with no #RickyGervais, #BettyBowers, or the #FSM & his noodly appendage? Unthinkable!) & thus eradicate all ideas, opinions, thoughts & beliefs they fear, but they’d be wrong… as usual.

These visuals offer a glimpse into the lived experiences of animals inside the farms of the world’s largest dairy producer.”

They were trying to overthrow the government in order to take away the right at the center of American democracy: our right to determine our own destiny. …many members of Congress
are 🤔 less abt 🇺🇸 nat’l security, European security, internat'l security & foreign policy, & much more abt how they can humiliate Biden… Putin wants Biden to lose & they want Biden to be seen to lose as well.”

  15. “…[T]o show the scale of the cattle & dairy industry in Arizona, it had to be done from the air. To see a calf born & immediately taken from their mother, to watch the carcass of a dead cow dumped unceremoniously next to others; these actions would be invisible from anywhere but a bird’s eye view or through deep investigative work. And that’s why these investigations are important—they make the unseen seen.”

“While researching her family history 10 years ago, Foley…became a docent at Portland’s Evergreen Cemetery… a man told Foley he was looking for the 🪦 of Col. John Goddard. “I said, ‘I can show you where he is, he’s my 3rd great-grandfather.'” The man was also a descendant & had been doing his own research. He sent Foley 1860’s-era portraits of the family & of the father & 2 sons in their CW uniforms…”

  21. @jayperry I hope you will! (I need to share some of my own interesting/funny family 🌳 finds one of these days. Used to do that on the dead bird site but I think there are more on Mastodon to appreciate them.)

P.S. On your blog post you wrote, “My grandmother passed away a few years ago and left behind mountains of stuff. She had a habit of clinging to things.” My late grandmother & mom, bless ‘em, also kept tons of documents, letters, old address books… ain’t this the truth!👇
