Tried out some new polish today as I had to remove a couple of marks.
Come out pretty perfect!
Koch Chemie One Cut & Protect, just done the bonnet today. Hopefully will get to do the rest of the car next weekend.

And the last one....
Thermal Grizzly Duronaut, one of the newer ones on the block.
I didn't actually get an application picture for this nor a spread picture as I've left this one in for now.
Pretty average with a Cinebench of 8063, but at the coolest of 80 Degrees. Prime 95 also peaked at 88 Degrees the lowest of the lot.
And a decent 3D Mark of 17,074 with an avg of 52 Degrees.

Second from last is Coolermaster Cyrofuze, I only got this as it was included with my new CPU Cooler (the Coolermaster Hyper 612 Apex which is what I've used for all of these tests).
Surprisingly slightly worse for a more premium brand, 7480 in Cinebench but staying at 82 Degrees. Max temp in P95 of 98 Degrees and a mediocre 16,597 in 3D Mark.
Not bad, but it's not hard to get that tad better.
-
And the next contender, MX-6! Not sure why I skipped 5 when ordering in the past but here we are.
Once again as is becoming the trend, pretty on par results.
Cinebench at 8084 with a max temp of 84, Prime 95 down to 92 with a peak of 213 and 3D Mark at 17,064.
Fraction worse in one test than MX4, better in the others.
No real difference.

Time for the most known, Arctic MX.
Beginning with MX-4, very easy to apply and spread.
On par Cinebench Score of 8085 (becoming a trend) with a max temp of 82 Degrees. Prime 95 was decent with a peak of 94 Degrees again with 214W and an improved 3D Mark of 17,031.
As is starting to become the theme, outside of the cheapest the brands are all pretty much within margin of error so far.

And now it's Thermalright TF7.
8078 in Cinebench maxing at 86 Degrees, Prime 95 at 94 but limiting to 212 Watts instead. 3D Mark was worse out of the 3 so far but did stay cooler too.
It did feel a much drier paste and was harder to get a nice application too.
-
Next up was Thermalright TF4.
Improved results across the board, whilst only marginal Cinebench was up to 8093 and 3D Mark to 17,034 margin of errors.
However, Cinebench only maxed out at 84 Degrees, Prime 95 down to 98 Degrees and 3D Mark at 55 Degrees
Still a fairly cheap paste, but by a recognized brand.
Bit easier to spread too.

HY710 Results:
Cinebench Score of 8085 with wattage peaking at 197.3, Temp of 98 Degrees.
Prime 95 Max temp of 104 at 204 Watts.
3D Mark 16,990 with an avg temperature of 58 Degrees.
To be honest for the cheapest one I have this actually did much better than I expected so far.
-
I somehow have ended up with lots of thermal paste.
Let's give them all a try and see which wins!

Well 1 day in, so far my conversion from #Unifi / #Ubiquiti to #zyxel has been excellent.
The three Wi-Fi APs seem to be pretty solid, I even got just a tad over a gigabit when testing against my computer that has 2.5Gbps Ethernet.
Loaded latency seems to be better too as the bottleneck is now my ISP rather than local network.
Interestingly I think the new switch has also been better, but that was moving from #tplink to Zyxel for that.

I did an oopsie and bought more car cleaning products.
Been pretty impressed with Koch Chemie's range so far and will be testing it throughout the next few weeks.

Final game for the Lego collection on the Xbox 360 arrived today.
I think that's now the entire collection*.
(Yes I know Lego Star wars 2 is its own game too, but the complete collection has it so no point in duplicating).

Car hacking community, is there an android app I can use to send custom OBD commands via a Bluetooth dongle.
I use Leafspy for my car and other OBD apps, but I want to try sending some custom / manual commands.
Unfortunately my Mac doesn't want to play ball with my adapter either.

The car came out lovely today after its wash, polish and wax.
Now for it to be filthy tomorrow as it's rained 😕
-
Organised my Car cleaning stuff today.
Starting to build up a nice little collection, but I need more!

MCRIBBBB
Summary: Ehh it's ok. Not sure I'd rush to get one again tbh.
It's kinda like a bland Sausage McMuffin with BBQ Sauce. I'd prefer a Sausage McMuffin instead.
