More despicable were the vans sent round poor areas to scare unauthorised migrants into leaving - but compared to what the Tories have done since that now seems mild
But these are human actions of normal people (OK, excepting the #vacuumOfIntegrity and #frogEyedGrifter ) - you are unrealistic about human behaviour

That is not what I said, and you know it. But if you really beleive that, it is the same as saying "they're' all the same!" - a gesture of despair
Were Greens to occupy power - would they lose "moral integrity"?
Being in power requires politicians make choices from multiple imperfect options & balance competing factors. Lobbying for (say) clean rivers like #FeargalSharkey (who I greatly respoct) does not require that and makes apparent virtue simple

Amadeus Lyceum danst met Janssen
Hilversum/Utrecht 7-3-2013 – De educatieafdeling van het Muziekenctrum van de Omroep (MCO) organiseerde een project rond het concert Dansen met Janssen in De Vrijdag van Vredenburg van morgen 8 maart (herhaald op 9 maart in het Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ, in de serie ‘De NTR maakt hoorbaar’). In dit concert klinken wereldpremières van Guus Janssen en Giel Vleggaar en wordt gedanst bij werken van Florian Maier en Guido Lopez Gavilán.
Leerlingen uit de bovenbouw van het Amadeus Lyceum uit Vleuten studeerden samen met de Britse componiste, fluitiste en pedagoge Detta Danford een programma in met eigen stukken. Ook bezochten zij een repetitie van de nieuwe composities van Guus Janssen, Ballroom Rithmix, voor elektrisch orgel en orkest. De jongeren zullen hun voorstelling live presenteren in de pauze van het concert, in een paviljoen bij De Rode Doos in Vredenburg Leidsche Rijn.
Ik woonde gisteren een repetitie bij – waar overigens alleen percussie werd gerepeteerd. Na afloop sprak ik enkele jongeren over dit project. De reportage wordt op vrijdag 8 maart 2013 uitgezonden door de TROS op Radio 4, in de pauze van het live concert op Radio 4. Naast de wereldpremière van Janssen klinkt ook een nieuw werk van Giel Vleggaar, Arcadia en het in 2009 gecomponeerde Operator van Florian Maier. Na de reportage met de jongeren, spreek ik op Radio 4 met Maier en Vleggaar over hun werken.
Direct na het nieuws van 20.00 uur spreek ik met Guus Janssen over zijn nieuwe stuk voor de Radio Kamer Filharmonie, dat eindigt met enkel de klank van een ritmebox. Janssen: ‘Dat is wat rest nadat dit geweldige orkest aan het einde van dit seizoen wordt opgeheven. Een daad van hetzelfde niveau als het opblazen van de Boeddhabeelden door de Taliban, die ik onze politici zeer kwalijk neem. – Moge zijn wanhoopskreet gehoor vinden!
