Aus einem wahrscheinlich schon historischen und kaum mehr (?) erhältlichen Artikel (Leseblätter, Fernleihe, lang ist`s her) hier Auszüge aus dem Artikel von Josephine Zöller unter dem Titel:
“Prophylaxe, Therapie, Uralte Chinesische Weisheit“.
Qi als Naturkraft, im Makro- wie im Mikrokosmos. Ohne Qi kein Leben. Qi scheint offenbar mit keiner der bisher erforschten Naturkräfte identisch, wie z.B. der Elektrizität. Der Europäer fühlt sich bemüßigt zu fragen: Was ist Qi? – Dem Chinesen hat sich diese Frage nie gestellt. Man hat dort die Erfahrung gemacht, dass das Qi existiert. – Man kann nicht sagen, es sei Gas, es sei Luft, es sei der Atem, auch nicht, dass es unsere Seele sei. Aber mit all diesem hat es zu tun.
In der japanischen Sprache heisst es Ki, im Indischen ist es das Prana, im Altgriechischen könnte das Wort Pneuma dem, was die Chinesen mit Qi meinen, eng verbunden sein. Qi ist auch dem altdeutschen Od nahe, Kleinod oder in Odem. Mit Odem schließt sich auch der Kreis zum Atem. So wie im Kosmos alles in pulsierender Bewegung ist, Energie und Masse, Nichts und Etwas, Polarität zwischen dem, was wir mit Plus und Minus bezeichnen, so ist auch der Atem – mit ihm das Qi – eine Bewegung zwischen Ein und Aus, Auf und Ab.
Qi ist im ständigen Fließen.

Pour noël le potentiomètre de ma machine a coudre a décidé de lâcher.
C'est un potentiomètre pneumatique (il prend de l'air comprimé en entrée) d'une machine singer qui a entre 40 et 50 ans (modèle concerto 1). J'ai prévu d'appeler le concessionnaire singer le plus proche pour lui demander si il a ça en stock ou sait comment s'en procurer mais comme c'est férié et en plus les fêtes j'aurais pas de réponse avant un moment et mon projet actuel a absolument besoin de mes deux machines a coudre et je suis dessus depuis 3 semaines et j'allais enfin commencer a coudre hier soir...
bref, vous sauriez comment retrouver ça sur internet ? Au cas où ce soit toujours fabriqué quelque part ? ou alors me dire ce qu'il faut que je mesure/regarde pour le remplacer par un électronique (et remplacer la pédale aussi du coup) ?

New (to me) #rowingmachine day! I got a used Concept2 last night, and today was my first session. I had to pay more attention to form than I'm used to because this is a chain drive and my previous rower used pneumatic levers, so the range of motion was basically fixed. According to my Fitbit, I used about 20% more energy in the same amount time, which is nice. The heel soreness was unanticipated, but I'm sure it won't take long to build up the new calluses I need.
