  4. ⚠️🌊 #MetOffice Yellow Warning for Wind remains in place for 1am-3pm Tuesday, for #Anglesey and #NorthWales. #NaturalResourcesWales has also issued Yellow “Be Aware” Warnings for much of North Wales. By the coast, there is a risk of flooding of low-lying land/roads at high hide (around 12:15pm). But heavy rain could also lead to localised flooding inland during the course of the day.

  9. Ahead of #StormKathleen, we can see another area of low pressure on the satellite (storm #Olivia named by @ipma_pt)

    But it's a fast moving streak of the jet stream that helps #Kathleen rapidly deepen on Friday, bringing some very strong winds to the UK on Saturday

  10. 🌬️#MetOffice have issued a Yellow Warning for Wind, 8am-10pm Sat, for #Anglesey, #Conwy, #Denbighshire, #Flintshire and #Gwynedd. A deep area of low pressure, will bring a spell of very windy weather to parts of western #Wales this weekend. Gusts of 50 mph are expected quite widely on Saturday, while some exposed spots, particularly on the coast, will see 60 to 70 mph gusts with large waves also likely.
