Would it be fair to say that OnlyFans is the PornHub of it's era?
They're the largest company that exists, they've a significantly more sustainable business model (but with its own flaws), everyone wants to capitalise on the market from small teams to legacies like Kink.com, and they're also under attack from religious extremists in the same way.

If you're wondering what I contributed to #mastodon, it's a lot of the #moderation tooling to help make moderation more manageable (I did this whilst a mod for #switter in 2018).
In my spare time I've been working on their streaming server, because I've a lot of experience with #websockets.
I'm currently working on many other contributions too!

SDK developers, how are you handling ESM + CJS? We're starting to see dependencies switch to ESM only, but because we support #CJS, we're unable to upgrade as #ESM can't be imported by CJS
Is the answer just to drop our transpiling to CJS/UMD and go ESM only? That feels like it should be the answer & would technically be a semver-major change.
Is there a better solution?

Does anyone know if there's like "tape dispensers" that one can by for these #medical tapes?
I'm still having to regularly tape my nose at night following #septoplasty & #rhinoplasty, and manually cutting the tapes is annoying
