ScottiCAD is a free, open-source 3D CAD program for makers and 3D printing. Drag shapes together, cut holes, group them and export for printing, or script it in a Python-like language, or let an AI agent build with it over MCP.
This is a 40:1 planetary gearbox designed in it. It prints in one piece, already assembled, with no supports.
