Stanford Carr Development proposes an 861 residential unit, mixed-use project in #Kakaako, #Honolulu. Market-sale units will be located in a 400-foot tower. A 300-foot tower and its podium will include 276 affordable for-sale units and 124 affordable rental units. The podium will also include 39,915 sq./ft. of commercial space.
