Here are my stray cat friends from Kakaako Waterfront Park: I call them Fatty, Darkness, & Toupee. Fatty usually just likes to lounge around on the ground. Darkness is so soft to rub. Toupee will stretch out for a good long rubbing and meow at you if you stop too early. #Honolulu #Kakaako

Today's #SidewalkFriends sketch is "Sidewalk Surfing". While visiting the murals of Kaka'ako in Honolulu, Hawaii, I noticed some cracks in the sidewalk that served as inspiration for this drawing. Stanford Carr Development proposes an 861 residential unit, mixed-use project in #Kakaako, #Honolulu. Market-sale units will be located in a 400-foot tower. A 300-foot tower and its podium will include 276 affordable for-sale units and 124 affordable rental units. The podium will also include 39,915 sq./ft. of commercial space.
