It was good to see members of the House of Lords calling for a statutory, independent and effective freelance commissioner to protect the interests of all freelancers, including artists and other creatives. Currently, the plan is for a "freelance champion", with little clarity around their role and independence. HoL debate here: bit.ly/473vM8m
