WMG says participating artists will have "full control" over how their likeness and music are used. Likewise, Amazon cheapens books and literature. Capitalism isn't just a broken system, it's a system that breaks culture. My go to comparison as a relatively unknown songwriter is Spotify compared to Bandcamp, on Bandcamp I make "beer money" while I'll be 336 years old before I can withdrw my first US$50. Amazon compared to your local bookstore works just as well to make this point.
