   🎂 Quick update for our SPARTA Strength crew at the Malden Senior Center: I visited our rockstar class member Mary at Forestdale Park Senior Living, and she's doing well and just celebrated her 96th birthday.

   😀 We caught up, shared some laughs, and before I left I helped her settle in for the live music with the other amazing residents.

   Lastly, I'm happy to report her smile still lights up the room. 🙏🏽
