Good evening from Thaxted. Here I am tucked up in bed reading the #Look-In #annual from 1976, and I'm transported back to #Christmas #1977 when I was tucked up in bed reading the #TomorrowPeople comic strip in that year's book. I was deeply engrossed in their abduction by a #UFO when a hand grabbed my leg and I jumped a mile! It was mum telling me it was time to put the light out.

Nobody grabbing my leg tonight, unless a TP jaunts in. John was my favourite. Pax!

I have just discovered #WOB #WorldOfBooks. Buying #second-hand #books is my new thing. I've just spent sixty quid on #Look-In annuals and #TomorrowPeople novels, and a selection of practical books on #weaving #NetMaking and #NaturalDyes for H. Now I really should sleep. If only I had a book to read before lights out. Pax!

Good evening from Thaxted. A fifth consecutive good day at #work! This run of enjoying what I am doing is making me question my plans for next year, but it could all so I easily change again. No need to make any decisions now. Time will tell if I need or want to change my goals.

The creeping symptoms of #ageing are making their way through my body. Usual #pain aside, I am now having issues with my right wrist. #NSAIDS continue to be my management plan.

I still hate #Amazon.
