  1. Ginkgo seeds, called 'ginnan' (ぎんなん), are delicious.

    I usually just heat them in a frying pan until the shells have browned, remove the shells, sprinkle on salt and eat.
    They have a slightly bitter, but exceptionally moreish, flavour😋
