Standardized extract is the measure, usually 120–240mg daily, and it honestly helps your memory state hold true. It does mine anyway. It can and does help.

Another #gardening experiment that's going well: we collected 3 ginkgo seeds last autumn, let them dry, put them in pots and kept outside for the winter for cold exposure, but did not sprout during the summer, so I put them in the ground in a random spot in the garden.
Few weeks ago I found 2 seedlings already 20cm tall among a dense growth of other plants!
Now we need to figure out where to put a tree that can grow 40 meters tall in a 100m2 garden :D

@pengwen.me Op die foto's zie ik ook een #ginkgo staan. Prachtige bomen! We hebben er ook een in onze tuin, maar dat blijkt een vrouwelijk exemplaar te zijn, en onze tuin lag de voorbije maanden vol met vele honderden vruchtjes die vreselijk stinken!
