Moss was also in for physio today and again its good news 😃 She started having problems again around July last year, she has spondylosis and it was likely that one of the bony growths was digging in causing her discomfort, but she was much better today, has regained some muscle on her back and is overall doing really well. Like Dakota she will be moving onto more of the fitness side too 😃

BEST news for Dakota today! She had her #physio session and as there has been a gap over Christmas and New Year it was all massage and laser etc. Previously when she's had a break she's had a few little twitches here and there but today she was perfectly fine :D So after around 15 months she is now clear and for her next session she will be moving onto fitness exercises instead!

Moss on her nice new memory foam bed and her cosy fleece from Aldi. She seemed to sleep a lot better last night all comfy and cosy 😃 She has #spondylosis and keeping her warm at night helps reduce the problems in her spine and means she settles better. Moss doing one of her #physio exercises on exercise equipment in a park 😂 All of my lot get physio, Moss and Dakota are seen every 6 weeks because of their spinal issues and Zena and Coinneach go a few times a year, though Coinneach had to give his last appointment to Moss because she needed it as her #spondylosis was playing up.
