    Ich mache wieder etwas mehr Schroth, aber meistens nur eine Übung. Der Rest ist ziemlich viel Vojta.

    Meine Lieblingsübung (obwohl ich alles verfluche, wenn ich sie gerade mache) ist das "Päckchen" aus dem Vojta.

    Mein Gehen wird besser, aber meine Hand wird verspannter, obwohl ich sie eigentlich nicht aus dem Fokus verloren habe.

    Als würde die Spastik ein Plätzchen suchen, in dem sie möglichst ihre Ruhe hat.

    Zeitlich hänge ich hinterher, aber was ich mache, läuft.

  18. I know a psychologist and i think they are still learning to understand #audhd. I describe my son as having 2 personalities. The #autistic and the #adhd. Mainly so we can help him function during the day and how we explain situations. It also helps him understand why he needs to take the medication for certain reasons.

    My #psychology friend doesn’t like that i split the personalities. She is obviously ‘uncomfortable’ with this. But then goes on and lectures me about how i should do something because ‘autistic kids need ….’ give me almost any scenario.

    I watch a guy on #tiktok called @dr.kojosaefo and he gives me a way to explain.

    So my son goes to a gym. Very hard to find someone who will take kids under 15. Anyway my friend is concerned because this guy may not be able to work with autistic kids properly and she knows of a physio who runs kids courses….Here is the thing:

    I have tried this because my son struggles with throwing balls, catching that sort of thing and this #physio had a group of kids and after one session she asked that i take my son out. My ADHD kid picks on the other kids because, even though he has mobility problems he is not ‘that’ bad. You get it?

    Ich hab Rückstände! Aber wenn ich turne, ist soweit alles gut.

    Meine Hüfte tut auf eine neue Art weh, aber solange kein Nerv eingezwickt ist, geht das alles für mich klar. Verändernder Schmerz ist zum großen Teil auch einfach immer die Konsequenz aus Anpassungen an neue Bewegungsmuster. Also alles wie immer...

  21. 📋 Manchmal wollen wir Sachen einfach von der obersten Stelle erklärt bekommen. Zum Beispiel wie das läuft mit dem Langfristigen Heilmittelbedarf oder mit dem Zweitmeinungsverfahren bei geplanten OPs.

    Ein kleiner Tipp für alle, die gerne Übungen für die langen Muskeln neben der Wirbelsäule machen: wenn der Kopf den richtigen Winkel hat, arbeitet die Muskeln noch mehr. Merkt man sofort wenn man den Kopf leicht bewegt. Er muss eher nach hinten und das Kinn Richtung Brust.

    Das ist mir heute wieder sehr aufgefallen, als ich eine Übung lasch fand. Den Kopf richtig eingestellt und sofort wars anstrengend.

    Zur Zeit hab ich mehr Spass als Frust. Ich kann nach über 2 Jahren endlich wieder selbstständig Sachen machen ohne dass ich alles zusammenkratzen muss an Kraft was da ist.
    Ich hab als sehr kniekranke Personen zudemeinen guten Weg gefunden, meine Hüfte vorne zu dehnen ohne in die Knie zu müssen: Fuß hinter mir auf die Couch, Stuhl neben den Arm zum Festhalten --> sehr viele Varianten möglich, um verschiedene Stellen gut zu erreichen.

    Super schöne Dehnungen, was will man mehr.

    I had problems with pain in my right knee for years until my physio I worked out that 100% of the time it was caused by an over-enthusiastic thigh muscle. She gave me a few stretches and foam roller exercises to do and the problem is mostly solved.

    Was mich heute bei einer kurzen Einheit beschäftigt hat und auch sonst oft beschäftigt: Man kriegt keine Veränderung ohne Anpassungs-"Schmerzen". Es müssen gar keine echten Schmerzen sein, es kann z. B. auch das Bewusstsein sein, wie schlecht die Haltung ist, wenn man anfängt an seiner Haltung zu arbeiten. Obwohl es wahrscheinlich schon besser ist, als bevor man daran gearbeitet hat, fühlt es sich schlechter an.
    Trotz allem: ein Bewusstsein für z. B. seinen Körper zu entwickeln
