(If you've kept an eye on our schedule for the summer, then you might have expected another guest speaker. Unfortunately, we had to postpone Thomas Hickler's seminar to another time, which is why my #YoMos co-hosts Lisa and Louica asked me to step in.)

Most of my team members are currently busy preparing their #conference talks for the #MMEE2026 in Cork (Mathematical Models in #Ecology and #Evolution) and I'm such a proud PI. They have SO MUCH super fascinating stuff in the pipeline! 🤩

I was thinking about something in the direction of #EcologicalNetworks and/or #EcoEvoFeedback and/or #EvolutionaryRescue but that's still a very uncooked idea...

Organising a (conference-style) workshop @YoMosEco : Getting all kinds of heavy admin tasks done like coming up with a budget plan or a schedule for the week; but also constantly forgetting that I have to formally apply and send an abstract just like everybody else 😅
