    I'd think it was obvious that #WWCR was off the air only because of the ice storm. I'll bet the transmitters are still okay, though, and they're certainly still webcasting. I listened to their Talking Machine Show just last Saturday (that's about all I listen to, hi).

    #VORW should be airing tonight on 4840kHz #WWCR out of Nashville, TN at Midnight 12am EDT, which is 0400UTC. Know that programs that air both before & after VORW are very different programs. VORW is nowhere near as biased or bigoted as those shows might be. Shortwave is a mixed bag, and some of it is as off the wall and ugly as you’ll ever hear anywhere.     The two #VORW I’m aware of in the US - both on 4840 kHz.

    1. Sundays 2100-2200 Pacific time / Mondays 0000-0100 Eastern.

    2. Fridays 2300-Midnight Pacific time / Saturdays 0200-0300 Eastern.

    Broadcast hours stay the same year-round; no adjustment needed for DST. Do adjust UTC times to match.
