Yesterday, the #Trump Administration was arguing in front of the #SupremeCourt that Federal Judges shouldn't be allowed to issue country-wide injunctions barring Trump's #ExecutiveOrder attempting to rescind the #14thAmendment.

If we take the Trump Administration's arguments at face value, then a Federal Judge in Texas shouldn't be allowed to strike-down #WorkplaceProtections for #transgender #employees across the Country either.
