Ah feck me this new'ish "need/desire" to like anything posted in a work chat. I had new hires shadowing me today and it was wall to wall ping, like, ping, like, ping. When I then asked to hold questions until later more pings and comments. I had to turn off Teams, which of course ain't easy, even DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, resulted in ping ping ping, so I headed to the Task Manager and killed it there.

Don't wait until 3 minutes before the end of someone's workday hours to reach out to them.
It's not going to end well.

in work Slack I began a message with "I shouldn't say 'I told you so' but..." and then proceeded to do just that. 😐
