It was cold and slippery this morning so we had no group ride. But this afternoon I went for a short ride around the city.
My velomobile is pictured here next to a statue outside the local oil company headquarters. As I understand it, the subjects of the statue are a group of people planning world destruction. I don't think they'd like my means of transport, as it doesn't consume any fossil fuel at all so doesn't contribute to the environmental destruction that they crave.Today the figures were covered in ice, which reminds me that elsewhere in the world people are having to deal with the fascists of ICE, which is an awful lot worse than dealing with mere ice. Stay strong.
