My husband made an awesome pork neck roast that is done with potatoes and veg all in one dish. The only thing done separately is the sauce made from the juices and seasoned with mustard. 😋😋
On a gloomy autumn day this kind of food works really well. It was a lot of meat but it was so nice and juicy that we gobbled it all up over two days. 😆
