This week's #GrindayFriday is the new '...Such is Life' EP by Seattle, Washington's IMPULSE NOISE. This is a grindy, dynamic bunch of songs - I really dig this one. Fast, heavy, quick - blink and you'll miss them. Not sure what a full length would sound like from these guys, but that would be wild-- hopefully eventually. I can see this one getting a bunch of play this year. 🔥

Wild one for this week's #GrindayFriday - a trilogy of very brief records by Seattle, Washington's TONGUE BATH. This is 'fastcore' or punk-infused powerviolence and grind. Nothing gross here but some really extreme, cool stuff -- the powerviolence and speed but also some slower, riffy spots.
