10:35 today: SMS informing me of an outage in my area.🤦🏻
(I assume that it's an ongoing problem, rather than fully fixed, but still, come on VM. Do Better.)

Does the Virgin Media status checker say that there is no outage? Yes
Has there, in fact, been a massive Virgin Media outage in my area since just after 12? Also yes.
Was I told on the phone by the customer service drone that there was an outage, engineers were already working on it, and I should check my connection again in 24 hours? Also also yes.I'd call them a clown show, but that would be incredibly unfair to actual clowns.
