The on going bug saga with Virgin Media where my bill is £10 higher than it should be hit another turning point. This time the "Overdue" £10 that comes from nowhere did not go away with rolling credit. Ive had this issue for 3 years and no one can fix it. The guy was really nice and zeroed the balance to see if it would fix it but i dont think it will.
