There are huge accessibility wins when we build new, abundant, dense homes. In MA accessibility requirements don’t trigger until 4+ homes. Affordable requirements kick in @ 10+ homes in #VilleMA, making building larger buildings important in two ways!

@mem_somerville wow! It’s pretty great you get service like this here in #VilleMA. I’ve still keen on my 1G service from RCN, but for almost everyone other than my picky self, this is a great alternative.
