Hmm, heat illness victim was on N412VC, instead of the two bigger helos. (heat illness while hiking in Wildwood Park). Not too far to the hospital, hope they were able to provide care quickly (sounds like sometimes they're actually packing ice on the helicopters for these calls because so many of them nowadays) #ThousandOaks #VenturaCounty #heatwaves

(My personal estimate of where the fire is burning... looks like start is along the power lines there or the road. (not much out there, private road... so maybe a fried bird start?) Not all of this is burning, just where the copter is dropping on that area. ) 8/17/26 2217 PT
