PrimateAI scores measures the pathogenicity of protein coding missense variants. When the score is close to one, it means the variant is highly likely deleterious; whereas when it is close to 0, it is generally considered benign. It is recommended to use PrimateAI score cutoff of 0.8 to distinguish benign variants from deleterious variants.

Something I dropped a few times while stopping by the Vintage Computer Festival in Tukwila (Seattle) is the line
"These are compys that won't hurt you"
Sure there's lots of nostalgia action going on but there are also people who are way too young to remember any of this shit, right? But they're into it I think because
they're computers
which will NOT
hurt you
by stealing your work, reporting what you do, trying to make you do things
they just sit there and blink a cursor and draw pics and basically do what you tell them to do. it might not be what you _actually_ wanted, but it'll be what you told it to do and if it goes off well that's your fault...
...and not the fault of fascists who built it to fuck you up.

Heard many great stories, talked to some very cool people and saw some great machines at the Vintage Computer Festival today. If you are in the Pacific Northwest, don't miss this!
