I keep trying to explain to ppl (who don't pay any attention )why (besides the fact that it's fuckbook) why I don't like to use FB chat. 🙄

And my daughter keeps writing her whole effing autobiography in it. 🤬 I sent her a screenshot showing about 2% of her latest.

Ca. 15 Jahre nutze ich nun #ubuntu auch beruflich fast ausschließlich. Aber erst dieser Tage habe ich so richtig gecheckt, dass man dem Terminal sagen kann, in welcher Fenstergröße es starten soll:

Menü [Einstellungen]->[Profile]->[z.B. Unbenannt]->[Anfängliche Größe des Terminals]

... wieder ein Klick weniger

for having a Big Fat Header (when text size is zoomed up) that **retreats out of sight** when one scrolls down the page. It comes back when one goes back "up" the page, in case it's needed.

I'd like to see more of that kind of thing. A site with a stationary B.F.H. that takes up half the screen space is more common.

With pleasure I'm using @[email protected] with a key.

But it's a little bit annoying to enter the key every time starting the browser, even if the addon is installed.

Is there a way to prevent this?

#Videos können in Webseiten nun responsive eingebettet werden.

Also die Größe des Videos passt sich automatisch an die Darstellungsgröße an. Auch Hochkantvideos werden nun *schöner* eingebettet.

Alles was man tun muss:

Nicht den allgemeinen Einbettungscode verwenden, sondern auf Weitere Individualisierungen klicken und dort Angepasste Einbettungauswählen.

When I need to make a note in Windows in a hurry and I can't use #Silverbullet (which is awesome btw), the #StickyNotes app is *right there*, and syncs my notes between computers.

If you DELETE a note on a different computer, trying to launch Notes on the one that last had THAT note, it keeps closing (cause note !valid anymore), with no error or rationale *why*. You have to launch from its Start shortcut, which launches in "List all" mode instead of "Last Note" mode.

When the new pet vacuum you bought has an insert that reads: “don’t use this directly on your pet’s coat” — that makes sense to me, because of dumb humans who did just that.

But still cannot figure out the “one digit at a time” fix.

We don't care for HSv3 for this reason of terrible #useability.

A heap of entropy could have been gained by making #Tor addresses 17 charaters, then using additional entropy to colour parts of URL text/bar, depending on choice of #webDeveloper.

Eg. If #webDev sees they get a great colour of #URLBar they can use that for design, if they get matching colours when highlighting the first 8 and last 3 letters of URL, they can do that.

Must use full entropy for #API #URL tho.
