looks like I might be hitting a plateau for yearly mileage after nearly a decade of #running although average #vert per mile increased from 121 ft last year to 128 in 2023.

@lrz I feel your pain, I had similar issues after a fibula stress fracture earlier this year, but am now back on #Ultramaraton form. I found it important to steadily increase volume and effort until I hit around 50miles per week - took me 12 weeks from 6weeks of no #running to get up to 50miles. Did a lot of stretching and prehab around runs and 2 strength sessions a week. You can do it!
