Über Sat. Ein SAT>IP-Konverter empfängt bis zu 4 Programme gleichzeiitg, sendet diese übers Netzwerk an einen kleinen Heim-Server mit #tvheadend. Am (dummen) Fernseher hängt ein Raspberry-Pi mit #Libreelec und #Kodi.Klingt kompliziert, aber so brauche ich keine weiteren Receiver, habe eine Bedienoberfläche, kann problemlos zentral Sendungen aufzeichnen und. wiedergeben. Timeshift geht auch.
Ein CI-Modul könnte man auch zentral am Sever anschliessen.tvheadend kann auch andere Quellen

#mastoaiuto qualcuno usa #TVHeadend lo usavo tempo fa con un dtvb ora però non c'è l'ho più e volevo usare una lista IPTV che gia uso con altri client e funziona bene ma non riesco a configurarlo, chi mi da una mano? (La lista è di TV in chiaro)
Oppure che sia meglio #nextpvr ? A me interessa intsllare sul server per poi poter registrare qualche programma TV e gestire il tutto da #jellyfin sulla TV.. -
Trying to #debug a playback issue on my #Roku and it is annoying the hell out of me. I have a #tvheadend #server (CPU only) feeding a live #MPEG2 video #stream to a #Jellyfin server with a #Nvidia #Quadro #K2200 for #hardware acceleration. When hardware #encoding is turned on, the Roku can play transcoded rendered movie files but not the live stream. When hardware encoding is turned off (decoding still on), the Roku can play transcoded movie files and the stream. #WTF why one and not the other?

I'm using #tvheadend since years and totally happy with it. But using it for livetv on an #appletv is really horrible. The only kodi-like software is #mrmc which has buffer issues and is outdated. manually compiling gives me a #kodi for 7 days as of apple developer restrictions, but with great performance. now I'm using tvheadend, antenna (to simulate a ip-tuner for plex) and plex to have a smooth tv experience. But I dislike the tracking and interface of #plex.
