С момента ( раз , два , три ) публикаций о бесплатной свободно распространяемой многофункциональной утилите Easy Disk Checker вышел major update 5.* в котором по итогам голосования на "Хабре" появилась и развивается новая ветка “Восстановления данных”, где я, как практикующий с 2003 года дата-рекавери специалист, постарался реализовать функции которые могут помочь как обычным пользователям, так и мне, в моей ежедневной профессиональной деятельности.

Après une tentative d'installation de #daVinciResolve #dvr (je bosse sous #linuxmint 22.3) mon PC ne boot plus. Après plus d'une heure d'essais multiples pour réparer, je réinstalle une version neuve (heureusement j'avais une partition /home)
Je crois qu'il me faudrait une 2ème installe de linux pour tester les grosses applis, avant de défoncer mon OS principal.

In der Definition des #DVR (https://www.dvr.de/ueber-uns/positionen-des-dvr/vision-zero) vermisse ich die klare Zielsetzung auf null Tote und null Schwerverletzte und dass die Maßnahmen Priorität haben, die zu erst notwendig und dann effizient sind.
In dem technische Entwicklungsansatz "so günstig wie möglich und so gut wie nötig" muss alles das nötig sein, ohne das Menschen sterben und ohne das Mensch schwer verletzt werden. Das Nötige ist dann so effizient wie möglich umzusetzen.

Man munkelt, die Raser-, Beton- und #Autolobby habe in den letzten Jahren viel investiert, um ihre Interesse, die gegen die Verkehrssicherheit zu stehen scheinen, in den #DVR zu drücken.

Der #DVR - der deutsche Verkehrssicherheitsrat ist auch immer mehr ein weichgespültes Netzwerk. Sie beschreiben die #VisionZero komplett ohne das Ziel von null Toten und schwerverltzten zu formulieren. Stattdessen nur "Maßnahmen [...], welche die Zahl der Getöteten und Verletzten im Straßenverkehr besonders effizient und nachhaltig senken."
Maßnahmen die nicht "effizient" (wie auch immer sie das definieren) sind, aber notwendig wären, um das eigentliche Ziel zu erreichen, spielt keine Rolle.

Just finished watching the 3 hr #NBC #TV special -- Opry 100 -- celebrating 100 yrs of #CountryMusic at the #GrandOleOpry.-- off my #DVR.
I only own a handful full of country #music recordings. So, I was surprised that I enjoyed watching the entire show.
I was also fascinated by how detailed & complex the lyrics & arrangements of country music can be, which gives me a greater appreciation of the genre.
