Abstract submissions are now opened.The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from different fields to explore the latest advancements in high Rayleigh number #convection. A nicely #turbulent magnetic field in an idealised MHD setup for the intracluster medium: from low strength and laminar, at beginning to turbulent and higher magnetic field strength in a few sound crossing times.
Idealised and maybe not really existing in nature (yes, @jaztrophysicist don't say) but pleasing to watch and good for lectures, too.

I got quite a bit stuck on day 11 for #AuGhost #AuGh0st2023 with the prompt: turbulent. Eventually, I decided to bite the bullet and draw/paint an airplane at the bottom of the ocean, using a reference. I played around with textures to get the hint of algae growing, and added kelp to frame the foreground.
The product of turbulent winds. Only a husk, a ghost, remains.
