Since waking up early in the morning (sleep? What sleep?) I’ve been active around my blog and enjoyed dedicating time to this personal work that doesn’t get much attention during my day-to-day.

When looking at my "#tinylytics" (good product btw) I'm so happy that the little oddities on my footer are being seen.

I wanted to do something that felt like a thing people would do in the 00s. It's really gratifying to see that people like them (or at least click on the "don't click here" link.

Oddities are a series in my story plot. Maybe I'll make more?

Edit: turns out the tinylytics dude has some problematic views that I never want to knowingly support. 🫠

Thank you all for the suggestions! Before more were added, I selected #Tinylytics as my stats provider - it's pretty simple to setup, does the job and for my use cases it's more than enough!

My new blog is close to 1000 hits. It's kudos counter has surpassed my older blog already. Thanks to @vincentritter for scribbles.page. 🎉

Just figured out a neat little way to make #tinylytics Kudos even nicer: stick the emoji you're using in the button element, then there won't be a magical button appearing when the JS fires. looks nice ™️

@hryggrbyr I've been trying https://counter.dev/ for a week or so. I wanted something simple; that left no cookies; and didn't track. All I am interested in is how popular pages are.

I'm tempted to add #tinylytics Kudos to my new Timeline page. Does anyone know if it's possible to add a completely custom emoji instead of stock as a kudos button?

Been using the amazing Tinylytics for a few days now and have just made my stats public.

Much better for my uses than Google Analytics! HIGHLY recommended!
