I restarted the workout app on my phone on the 21st of April, because I saw #ThirstAid and went "Ooh I should do that" and then I went "Uhhh I have Toddler Belly" and lemme tell you, every time I'm done with the crunches I think "Right, that's it, there's no WAY I can do any more of those."
I thought a couple weeks ago "No way I can do 156 crunches"
And then the other night I thought "No way I can do 266 crunches"
AND IT DID NOT OCCUR TO ME TO LOOK AT THIS PAGE OF THE APP

I kinda wanted to do shirtless #ThirstAid pictures but then I went "Oh hell, I've got Dad Bod" so I've got my exercising app back on my phone. It's called Multi Reps and it tells you to do x repetitions of an exercise then rest for one minute
Best way is doing it in the basement and playing Trials Rising tracks in between sets
