The upside-down flag was aloft on Jan 17, 2021, images showed. #Trump’s supporters, incl’g some brandishing the same symbol, had *rioted* at the Capitol a little over a week before. President #Biden’s inauguration was 3 days away. Alarmed neighbors snapped photographs, some…were recently obtained by The NYT. Word of the flag filtered back to the court, people who worked there said in interviews.

Even the Founders, who evidently had an ethical compass unlike Leonard Leo, would find it utterly questionable & doubtful, that Leo's SCOTUS agents are holding their offices in "good Behaviour".
That's why Congress had been given the power to impeach & remove justices & judges, if their behavior is iunacceptable & intolerable.
If Congress can do that, it can also subpoena figures like $billions-juggler Leonard Leo, who are actively working to subvert the Separation of Power & the Separation of Church & State, which all branches of power are held to preserve, uphold & defend against all dark-money manipulators attempting to compromise the people's carefully checked & balanced system of government.
Leonard Leo even seems to believe in Clarence Thomas's assessment, who called Leo the third-most important person in the U.S., if not in the world.
Looking at Leo's special SCOTUS agents, that's most unfunny, to say the least.
Time for a *Lex Leo" keeping his hand off of United States judiciary forever!P.S.: Article Three's "in good Behaviour" is ***interpreted*** as meaning *lifetime tenure* for judges & justices.
