Federal #judges—especially at the district level—are practically all that's left standing between this administration and its goal of supplanting #democracy in favor of American-flavored #fascism. #Democrats have to take every possible action to delay or deny confirmations to the Federal bench.

    If Dems somehow manage to take the #Senate this November, we can shut down the appointment of unqualified right-wing nutjob judges that have characterized this administration, once and for all. Until then, we can only exact a toll for each such nomination, invoking cloture under Rule 22 and utilizing every minute of delay made possible under that procedure.

    Since changes to the Constitutional #Amendments require a vote of 2 thirds of #Congress
    and Trump will NEVER have them
    Trump will use the corrupt #MAGA #Repubblicans #Judges of the #SCOTUS
    to bypass the Congress.
