    Also, not all things can be accomplished quickly and easily.

    Sometimes you have to
    start doing something you need to do, and then you have to keep coming back to it.

    Putting in effort into doing something over a long period of time is what gets results.

    It's not "do it all now or never do it."

    You start now, and then you come back to it, and you keep coming back to it.

    You do a little now, then little later, every day.
